OK Support Cooperative’s mission is to contribute to the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises, in line with the purpose of the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Cooperative Act. Based on the spirit of mutual assistance, it aims to improve management by conducting joint projects related to the business activities of its members.

The Foreign Technical Intern Training Program is designed to transfer Japanese technology, skills, and knowledge to developing countries, contributing to “human development” that supports their economic growth. It operates under the supervision of the Organization for Technical Intern Training, guided by ordinances established by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

The Specified Skilled Worker program is a system designed to address severe labor shortages in small and medium-sized businesses by accepting foreign workers who possess a certain level of expertise and skills to immediately contribute to the workforce.
