About Registered Support Organization
A Registered Support Organization is an entity that creates support plans and assists in facilitating stable and smooth activities for Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 on behalf of companies that accept foreign talent (specific skill-affiliated institutions).
A Registered Support Organization can be a company or an individual, but must apply for registration with the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency and be approved.
OK Support Cooperative is certified as a Registered Support Organization.
Contents of Support
Pre-Arrival Guidance
We provide explanations in the trainee’s native language regarding the details of their work, labor conditions, activities, compensation, entry procedures, the presence or absence of deposit collection, support services, and the consultation system.
Transportation to and from the Airport
Upon arrival, transportation is provided from the airport to the workplace or residence. When returning home, transportation and accompaniment to the security checkpoint at the airport are provided.
Assistance in securing appropriate housing and support with contracts related to daily life
We assist with securing housing and provide guidance on opening bank accounts and contracting mobile phone services. We also offer support and advice for various procedures.
Life Orientation
To ensure smooth integration into society, we provide explanations on Japanese rules and manners, how to use public services, important contact information, and what to do in case of disasters.
Providing Opportunities for Japanese Language Learning
We provide information on Japanese language classes and learning materials as needed.。
Consultation and Complaint Handling
When consultations or complaints are received regarding work life, daily life, or social life, we respond appropriately, providing advice, guidance, and other necessary measures.
Support for Promoting Interaction
We facilitate opportunities for interaction with local residents, such as through community associations, and provide information and assistance for participation in local events and festivals.
Job Change Support
In the event that the employment contract is terminated due to the host company’s circumstances, we assist in finding a new job, creating recommendation letters, granting paid leave for job hunting, and providing information on necessary administrative procedures.
Conducting Regular Interviews
The support manager and other responsible staff will conduct regular interviews with the foreign workers and their supervisors at least once every three months.
