At OK Support Cooperative, our Foreign Technical Intern Trainee Acceptance Program aims for international contribution and the development of our members. This program is supported by three main pillars:

We manage the entire process, from trainee selection to acceptance and follow-up, based on agreements with reliable sending organizations.
Through these efforts, trainees gain practical experience in Japan while acquiring specialized knowledge and skills. Meanwhile, our members gain an international perspective and experience the importance of multicultural coexistence.
Our program aims to serve as a bridge between Japan and developing countries, operating with strict compliance. By fostering mutual growth and understanding between members and trainees, we are building a better future together.
